Quality Assurance Of Supplied Manpower:
 
  Techskill follows three step Assessment Methodology. The process ensures the candidate is assessed for Skill level, Knowledge level, as well as Attitude & Behavior.
 

Knowledge level assessment is done in two steps. The candidates after registration & authentication appear for Quiz.

   
 

 Step 1 online Quiz:

 

The candidate play an online quiz on our web application software: https://tools.techskill.in/home.

  Candidates have to select the right answer from the multiple choice answers given in the question bank. The time allotted is 15 Minutes.
  The Question bank has Safety, Health and Environment & Trade specific Questions. Though weightage of written test is only 10%, it gives a good insight for conducting personal interview and task test .
   
 

Step 2 Personal Interview.

  The candidates appear for interview and he is subjected to table interview The Panel follows a standard interviewing procedure which is Trade specific as well as task specific. The weightage of personal interview is 30%, it gives a good insight for conducting task test which the candidate will perform subsequently.
   
 

Step 3 Task test Practical’s

 

This is the most important step in Trade assessment, the marks allotted is 60%.

 

Techskill Performs the task test at its Trade Testing centre.

  Techskill also moves to clients facility to assess the candidate at his actual work place for task test.
   
 

During task test Weightage of scoring is given for as below:

 
  • Compliance with safety requirements.
 
  • Use of proper tools & tackles
 
  • Compliance with procedure (No short cuts)
 
  • Performance on efficiency and accuracy metrics
 
  • Housekeeping
 

The strength and weakness is noted & opportunity for improvement is noted & registered in a format.
