Upon finalizing a contract with the client for training a large group of individuals of different crafts and specializations, a specific training plan is formulated which shall include:
Preparation of course syllabi in accordance to client project skill requirement.
Assessment of present level of skill for training potential, medical fitness, psychological stability.
Proper and efficient use and maintenance of relevant tools, equipment and machineries
Conveying specific information related to the project and its schedule
HSE awareness and training shall be intensively covered as a separate training module
Improving English language communication skills for improved and effective communications
Foreman training shall be provided to the best craftsmen that have leadership potential
Certification shall be based on all factors described above.
